Estaugh Estates Discovery House is being developed as a small, community-based residential program for adolescents age 13 and older who need a safe, structured and supportive place to call home.
Our approach is intentionally personal. With a small residential setting, young people can receive individualized attention, consistent support and meaningful opportunities to build the skills and relationships they need for their future.
At Estaugh Estates, residential care is about more than providing a place to stay. It is about creating an environment where young people can feel safe, experience belonging, discover their strengths, build confidence and prepare for lasting stability.

A Small Home With a Big Purpose
Estaugh Estates is intentionally designed around a small-home model. Our initial requested capacity is three residents, allowing staff to provide individualized supervision, predictable routines, meaningful relationships and support tailored to each young person's needs and goals.
